Learn How

1. Compare the exact item

Check measurements, model, pack contents and care instructions. Do not rely on a size name alone for imported bedding or assume an electrical item is suitable for UK mains power.

2. Review your basket

Choose the item and quantity, then review the amount and available payment options shown at checkout before paying.

3. Check delivery information

The shipping policy explains the published dispatch window and regional delivery estimates. Timings are estimates rather than a guarantee of a particular delivery date.

4. Follow tracking

Use the shipping confirmation and our tracking help. Email your order number if you cannot find the information you need.

5. Request a return when needed

Read the returns policy before sending anything back. It includes the 30-day request period and product conditions, including unopened bedding and mattress toppers unless faulty.
