These terms apply to all orders placed at The Homely Pantry. By placing an order you agree to them — but nothing here limits your statutory rights.

1. About us

The Homely Pantry is an online UK retailer of home, bedding and household products. Contact: thehomelypantry@gmail.com.

2. Orders & acceptance

An order is accepted when we email your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil (stock or pricing error); you will always be refunded in full.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free across the UK.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically delivered in 2–4 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

Free 30-day returns on every order. See our Refund Policy.

6. Products

We sell genuine products sourced from reputable suppliers. Images are illustrative; minor packaging variations can occur. Always follow care labels and washing instructions, especially for bedding and rugs.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
