Refund & Returns Policy
Free 30-day returns on every order. If anything is not right, you can return it at no cost to you.
How to return — 3 simple steps
- Email us at thehomelypantry@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We send you a free prepaid return label by email, usually within one business day.
- Drop the parcel off — once it reaches us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days (usually much sooner).
Conditions
Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene, bedding and mattress toppers should be returned unopened unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we refund or replace it in full.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Our 30-day free returns promise is in addition to, and never instead of, these statutory rights.
