Coop Home Goods Adjustable Body Pillow 20x54 — Shredded Memory Foam, Washable Lulltra Cover for Side Sleepers & Pregnancy Support

The Coop Home Goods Original Adjustable Body Pillow is a 20x54 memory-foam pillow with a removable Lulltra cover that you can customize for targeted support from head to knee.

This long, 20x54 body pillow is designed for side sleepers, people needing extra hip and knee cushioning, and anyone who wants a fully adjustable, machine-washable solution. The shredded memory foam fill can be added or removed to change firmness and loft, while the breathable Lulltra cover helps regulate temperature and stays easy to launder. Certifications from CertiPUR-US and GREENGUARD Gold confirm independent testing for durability and low emissions.

How does this pillow help me sleep more comfortably on my side?

The pillow supports alignment by filling the gap between your knees, cradling your shoulders, and offering lumbar cushioning when tucked behind your back. Adjust the shredded memory foam to achieve the ideal contour and height for your body, reducing twisting and pressure points that cause waking.

• Use as a knee spacer to reduce hip strain and keep spine neutral.
• Place alongside your torso to support shoulders and arms while hugging.
• Customize loft by removing or adding foam for your preferred firmness.

What makes the fill and cover different from other body pillows?

The fill is shredded memory foam that conforms while maintaining breathability, which avoids the flatness of traditional polyester fibers. The Lulltra cover is highly breathable and removable for machine washing, keeping the pillow feeling fresh and easier to care for than non-washable models.

• Shredded memory foam resists clumping and allows precise loft adjustment.
• Removable Lulltra cover promotes airflow and is machine washable.
• CertiPUR-US and GREENGUARD Gold certifications verify low emissions and foam quality.

How do I adjust, clean, and maintain this body pillow?

Unzip the cover to access the inner pillow and take out or add foam until you reach the comfort level you want. The outer cover can be removed and washed; spot-clean the inner foam and air it out as needed to keep it fresh and supportive over time.

• Unzip, add or remove shredded memory foam to change firmness.
• Machine-wash the outer Lulltra cover on a gentle cycle; air dry or tumble low.
• Spot-clean and fully air-dry the foam if it needs refreshing.

Can this pillow be used for pregnancy, reading, or lounging?

Yes — its length and adjustability make it versatile for pregnancy support, propping while reading, or creating a cozy barrier for children on a bed. The pillow molds to curves and can be repositioned as a backrest, wedge, or full-body cradle for multiple activities beyond sleep.

• Use as a maternity support pillow under belly or between knees.
• Reposition as a backrest for reading or TV to reduce neck strain.
• Lay across a bed edge as a soft guard for kids or occasional lounging.

Who is this for: The Coop Home Goods Original Adjustable Body Pillow is aimed at side sleepers, taller adults, expectant parents, and anyone who prefers a customizable memory-foam pillow that’s easy to wash.
