Corelle Vitrelle 18-Piece Dinnerware Set City Block — Black & White Geo, Lightweight Triple-Layer Glass, Chip-Resistant

Corelle Vitrelle City Block 18-piece service for six is a lightweight, triple-layer glass dinnerware set with bold black-and-white geometrics that resists chips and stacks compactly for everyday use.

This Corelle collection blends modern design with practical durability. The City Block pattern uses stark black stripes and squares on white Vitrelle glass to create a contemporary table setting, while Corelle's proprietary triple-layer glass construction keeps plates and bowls remarkably strong yet featherlight. The set includes enough pieces to serve six people and carries a three-year limited warranty against breaking and chipping.

What pieces are included and how big are they?

The 18-piece City Block service covers a full table setting for six. It includes three coordinated shapes sized for everyday meals and entertaining.

• Six 10-1/4-inch dinner plates for main courses and shared mains.
• Six 6-3/4-inch appetizer/salad plates for starters or desserts.
• Six 18-ounce soup/cereal bowls for soups, cereal, or sides.

How does the triple-layer glass improve durability?

Corelle’s Vitrelle construction sandwiches glass layers to increase resistance to chipping and breaking while keeping weight low. That makes the pieces easier to handle, stack, and store compared with traditional ceramic dinnerware.

• Triple-layer glass reduces common chip points around rims and edges.
• Lightweight profile halves storage footprint versus bulkier ceramics.
• Designed for frequent use—durable enough for daily meals and casual hosting.

Are these dishes easy to care for and safe to use?

Yes—Corelle Vitrelle sets are non-porous, hygienic, and made for low-maintenance living. The City Block pieces are microwave safe for reheating and dishwasher safe for quick cleanup.

• Microwave safe for convenient warming and leftovers.
• Dishwasher safe for hands-off cleaning without pattern fading.
• Non-porous glass resists stains and odors for hygienic use.

What makes the City Block design a good choice for modern tables?

The black-and-white geometric motif offers a bold, contemporary look that pairs well with minimalist or eclectic dining decor. Coupe shapes give a clean silhouette, letting the pattern stand out while staying versatile across occasions.

• Bold stripes and squares create visual contrast on each piece.
• Monochrome palette mixes with color accents or stainless tableware.
• Coupe shapes provide a modern profile that stacks neatly for storage.
