Home Habitat Ceramic Ribbed Vase Set — 2-Piece Cream Bottle Vases, Small & Large, Non-Porous High-Fire Glaze

These are a two-piece handmade ceramic vase set from Home Habitat: a small and a large ribbed bottle vase in a neutral cream finish designed for dried or fresh stems and timeless Scandi styling.

Handcrafted with a speckled, stone-like glaze and a ribbed arch detail, this paired vase set blends minimalist Scandinavian lines with organic texture. Fired to a high temperature for durability, the non-porous ceramic works with water for fresh flowers and also displays dried arrangements beautifully. The compact footprint and sculptural silhouette make these pieces suitable for tabletops, mantels, entry consoles, or as a paired centerpiece on a dining surface.

How do these vases hold up with fresh flowers and water?

The Home Habitat ceramic set is non-absorbent and has been glazed and fired at high temperatures to resist moisture, so they can safely hold water for cut stems. The wide-mouth shape adds stability for bouquets while the heavier base reduces tipping risk.

• Non-porous glazed interior suitable for water and fresh stems
• Stable, weighted bases to support medium-sized arrangements
• Wide mouth fits both single stems and fuller bouquets

What sizes are included and where do they look best?

The two vases are sized to layer together: the small measures about 6" tall by 4.1" x 3.3" and the large about 8.7" tall by 4.2" x 3.4". Their proportions make them flexible for small surfaces as well as paired displays on larger tables.

• Small vase ideal for bedside tables, shelves, or grouped clusters
• Large vase fits console tables, mantels, or as a lone centerpiece
• Pairing both creates a balanced, designer-inspired vignette

What styling options work with the ribbed cream finish?

The neutral, speckled cream glaze and vertical ribbing give these vases a subtle sculptural quality that suits many decor schemes. Use them in coastal, shabby-chic, or Scandinavian interiors; they complement both dried botanical stems and fresh floral arrangements.

• Dry stems and pampas grass emphasize texture and height
• Soft-toned bouquets enhance a warm, minimalist color palette
• Cluster with books or candles for layered shelf styling

How durable are these handmade vases for everyday use?

These pieces are crafted for long-term display: high-temperature firing creates a hard, durable ceramic that resists staining and water absorption. The quality finish reduces the need for special care beyond gentle cleaning and avoiding hard impacts.

• High-fired glaze creates a strong, non-porous surface
• Speckled finish masks minor wear and gives a natural stone look
• Handmade details mean each piece has unique character
