Homerella Bathtub Shower Mat 35x16 in — Non-Slip Vinyl, BPA-Free with 250+ Suction Cups & Drain Holes

Homerella's 35 x 16 inch bathtub mat is a vinyl, BPA-free non-slip mat with 250+ suction cups, anti-mold drainage holes, and two adhesive hooks for fast drying and storage.

This Homerella shower mat combines grip, drainage, and easy care so you can add slip protection to most smooth tubs and shower bases without permanent hardware. Designed for everyday family use, it pairs a textured anti-slip top with hundreds of suction points on the underside to hold the mat securely in place. Large perforations let water flow through and speed drying, while a latex-free, odorless material reduces skin sensitivity and resists mildew when cleaned and cared for properly.

How does the Homerella mat prevent slips in the tub?

The mat uses two layers of protection: a textured top surface that increases underfoot traction and a dense field of suction cups underneath that anchors the mat to smooth tub floors. The combination minimizes sliding when standing or moving in the shower.

• Over 250 suction cups create a secure seal on clean, flat surfaces.
• Raised anti-slip pattern on top improves grip, even with wet feet.
• Firm yet flexible vinyl conforms slightly to tub curves for consistent contact.

What features help control mold, mildew, and drying time?

Homerella designed the mat with large drainage holes and a washable material so water doesn’t pool beneath it. Regular washing and hanging the mat to dry dramatically lowers the chance of mildew and keeps the mat smelling fresh.

• Generous perforations allow fast water flow to the shower drain.
• Machine-washable on a cold cycle for routine cleaning.
• Includes two removable self-adhesive hooks to hang the mat for air drying.

Is the material safe for sensitive skin and household use?

The mat is made from durable, eco-friendly vinyl that is latex-free and labeled BPA-free, reducing the risk of irritants for sensitive users. It is also odorless out of the box, making it suitable for babies, elderly family members, pregnant users, and pets.

• Latex-free and BPA-free construction to reduce common allergens.
• Odorless material minimizes chemical smell compared with some rubber mats.
• Sturdy vinyl balances durability with a softer surface for barefoot comfort.

How do I install, maintain, and avoid damaging the mat?

Installation is straightforward but works best on clean, smooth tub surfaces. Press the mat firmly onto a wet tub floor so the suction cups engage, and use the included hooks to hang the mat after washing. Avoid textured or heavily refinished surfaces and don’t use bath oils as they reduce suction strength.

• Clean the tub surface thoroughly before first use for optimal suction.
• Press firmly across the mat to secure suction cups; re-secure each use.
• Do not use on textured, tiled, or uneven surfaces; avoid bath oils and jumping on the mat.
