Lahome Boho Round Area Rug — 5ft Sun Motif, Plush Washable Recycled-Polyester Circle Rug

The Lahome Boho Round Area Rug is a 5-foot, sun-inspired, machine-washable round rug that adds plush softness and cheerful style to classrooms, kids' rooms, nurseries, and boho living spaces.

Bright and tactile, this round rug ties a room together with its sun motif and faux-wool pile while staying easy to maintain. Constructed from recycled polyester, it offers a lightweight yet durable surface that resists daily wear and can be cleaned in a washing machine on a gentle cycle. It’s designed to be foldable for compact transport and ships with temporary creases that relax after rolling or careful laying.

How will this rug change the look and feel of a classroom or playroom?

The sun-shaped design creates an instant focal point, introducing warmth and a playful silhouette that encourages gathering and reading. Its soft, plush surface makes floor activities more comfortable, while the neutral boho palette complements many decor styles.

• 5-foot diameter creates a defined seating area or circle time spot
• Sun motif brightens neutral or colorful rooms without clashing
• Plush faux-wool texture invites sitting and tactile play
• Lightweight construction makes repositioning simple

Is the rug practical for daily use and easy to clean?

Yes—this rug is made for busy spaces. Regular care involves vacuuming with a handheld cleaner or low-suction vacuum; for deeper cleaning it can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and air-dried to preserve shape and texture.

• Machine-washable: cold water, gentle cycle recommended
• Avoid chlorine, bleach, and high-heat drying to protect fibers
• Quick daily care: handheld vacuum to remove hair and dust
• Durable recycled polyester resists frequent foot traffic

Will the rug lay flat after unpacking and how should I handle creases?

The rug ships folded or rolled for compact delivery, so brief creasing is normal. Creases typically relax within one to two weeks, and you can accelerate flattening by rolling the rug in the opposite direction or laying it flat weighted down at the edges.

• Temporary creases are expected after shipping
• Opposite-direction rolling helps remove bends faster
• Laying flat with light edge weights speeds flattening
• Normal room temperature and time usually restore the shape

What materials and sustainability features does this rug offer?

Constructed from premium recycled polyester, the rug balances soft faux-wool feel with a lighter environmental footprint than virgin synthetics. The manufacturing emphasizes renewable fibers and a friendly production process while still delivering a sturdy surface suitable for high-traffic family spaces.

• Made from recycled polyester for reduced resource use
• Pile mimics wool softness without animal fibers
• Lightweight yet durable for everyday wear
• Designed for low-maintenance care and long-lasting color
