SafeRest Zippered Mattress Protector King — Waterproof, Breathable Cotton Terry Encasement for 15–18" Deep Mattresses

SafeRest Zippered Mattress Protector is a full-coverage, breathable and waterproof mattress encasement with a quiet cotton terry surface and secure zipper closure.

This king-sized, zippered mattress protector combines a soft cotton-terry surface with a waterproof internal membrane to shield your mattress from spills, sweat, allergens, and dust mites while remaining comfortable and quiet. The design seals all sides with a sturdy zipper and protective flap so your mattress stays intact without the fitted-sheet gaps that leave edges exposed. It’s machine washable and designed to fit deep mattresses commonly found in modern beds.

How does this protector keep liquids and stains from reaching my mattress?

The encasement uses a continuous waterproof membrane layered under the cotton terry surface to block liquids from penetrating into mattress fibers. The zippered closure encloses the entire mattress, preventing leaks through seams or edges.

• 100% waterproof inner barrier blocks sweat, spills, and accidents
• Full zipper enclosure seals the top, sides and bottom
• 360° protective Velcro flap guards the zipper against accidental gaps

Will it feel hot or noisy at night?

The surface is a soft cotton terry knit that feels like a towel, engineered to be quiet and breathable so sleepers don’t wake from crinkling fabric or trapped heat. The breathable membrane beneath the terry lets air move while still repelling moisture.

• Soft cotton terry surface minimizes noise and adds comfort
• Breathable waterproof layer promotes airflow to reduce overheating
• No crinkly vinyl feel—designed for quiet, undisturbed sleep

How secure is the fit and will it work with deep mattresses?

SafeRest encasements are built with reinforced stitching and a robust zipper to hold a snug, lasting seal on thicker mattresses. The protector is sized to cover standard and deeper mattress profiles for a reliable, gap-free barrier.

• Durable zipper and reinforced seams for long-term use
• Designed to fit most mattresses up to 15–18 inches deep
• Elasticized base and full wrap construction prevent shifting under sheets

How do I clean and care for the encasement?

Maintenance is simple: toss the protector in the washing machine with regular detergent (avoid bleach), then tumble dry on low. Frequent washing keeps odors, allergens, and microbes from accumulating without harming the waterproof membrane.

• Machine washable with normal detergents (no bleach)
• Tumble dry low; do not iron to protect the membrane
• Washable design helps extend mattress life and hygiene

Who is this for: Ideal for anyone wanting long-term mattress protection—parents, pet owners, allergy sufferers, and those who perspire during sleep. It’s also a practical choice for people who want to preserve a new or expensive mattress, reduce dust-mite exposure, or avoid replacing beds after spills or accidents. The quiet cotton surface and breathable construction suit those who prioritize comfort as much as protection.
