SIILOOM 2x6 Washable Runner Rug 24x72 Navy - Low-Pile Non-Slip Polyester for Hallway & Kitchen

SIILOOM 2x6 Washable Runner Rug is a low-pile, non-slip polyester runner that delivers soft underfoot comfort, easy machine-wash care, and a stable TPE backing for high-traffic hallways and kitchens.

This runner is designed to combine comfort, safety, and practicality in a compact 24 x 72 inch size. With a plush yet low profile, TPE skid-resistant backing, and machine-washable construction, the SIILOOM runner suits narrow spaces where durability and simple upkeep matter. Available in navy blue, gray, neutral, taupe, and multi tones, the color can show subtle variations depending on lighting—sometimes appearing more royal or cobalt and revealing gentle gray or taupe undertones.

How does this rug stay in place on busy floors?

The SIILOOM runner features a textured TPE backing that resists slipping on hard surfaces, reducing movement in entryways and kitchens. Its low-pile construction also lowers the chance of edge curling and makes it safer around doorways and baseboards.

• Skid-resistant TPE backing grips tile, hardwood, and laminate.
• Low profile minimizes trip hazards near doors and appliances.
• Durable weave stands up to daily foot traffic without shifting.

What maintenance does this washable runner require?

Routine care is straightforward: sweep or lightly vacuum with low suction, or wipe spills quickly to keep the surface looking fresh. For deeper cleaning, toss the runner in a cold-water machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry; avoid bleach to preserve color and fiber feel.

• Spot clean with mild detergent for quick spills.
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle for full cleaning.
• Avoid high-speed vacuums and bleach to maintain colors and texture.

Will the rug feel plush under bare feet if it’s only 0.24 inches thick?

Yes — the runner uses soft 100% polyester fibers that create a cozy, cushion-like surface despite its low pile. The design balances softness with a thin profile so it lies flat and fits easily under doors while still offering comfortable contact for barefoot use.

• Top material: 100% polyester for a soft, warm touch.
• Thickness: 0.24 inches gives a low, stable profile with comfort.
• Non-shedding weave maintains appearance and foot feel over time.

How do I remove shipping creases and restore the runner’s shape?

Creases from folding during shipping are normal; reversing those folds and applying pressure helps the fibers spring back. Rolling the rug the opposite way, leaving it flat for a day, and giving it a light hand-fluff brings back its intended texture quickly.

• Fold and roll in the opposite direction of shipped creases.
• Apply even pressure while rolled, then unroll and smooth out.
• Allow one day flat for the pile to regain fullness and shape.
