Yatmung Slim Touchless Bathroom Trash Can 2-Pack — 2.5‑Gallon Motion Sensor, Narrow Space Friendly

The Yatmung Slim Touchless Bathroom Trash Can is a compact 2.5‑gallon motion‑sensor waste bin designed to open hands‑free, seal in odors, and fit into narrow spaces like bathrooms, kitchens, RVs, or offices.

Small spaces demand smart solutions: this 2 pack of Yatmung slim sensor cans combines a space-saving 12.6 x 5.9 inch footprint with an infrared motion sensor for touchless operation and a quick‑closing lid to reduce odors. Each can runs on two AA batteries (not included) and includes a manual override so you can lock the lid open when needed. The design focuses on hygiene, convenience, and discreet placement where a full‑size bin won’t fit.

How does the motion sensor make daily use easier?

The infrared sensor detects hand motion to lift the lid automatically, allowing you to discard waste without touching the bin. The lid closes after roughly five seconds to keep contents contained and reduce lingering smells. It’s ideal when your hands are full or for minimizing cross‑contamination in high‑traffic areas.

• Automatic lid opens when motion is detected within the sensor field.
• Self‑closing lid returns after about five seconds to contain odors.
• Touchless operation improves hygiene and reduces surface contact.

What are the size and placement advantages of this slim bin?

At 12.6 x 5.9 inches with a 2.5‑gallon capacity, the Yatmung slim can fits into tight spots where standard bins can’t. Its narrow profile makes it a practical choice beside toilets, under vanities, between appliances, or inside RVs. Despite the compact size, it still holds everyday bathroom and countertop waste efficiently.

• Compact 12.6 x 5.9 inch footprint for narrow spaces.
• 2.5‑gallon capacity balances compact design with useful volume.
• Slim vertical shape tucks into gaps and corners neatly.

Can I operate the can manually or control the lid position?

Yes—the Yatmung sensor can includes a manual mode to control lid behavior. Use the ▲ button to keep the lid open when you’re disposing of multiple items or need continuous access, and press ▼ to close. Manual control gives flexibility for cleaning, refill, or when operating without batteries.

• Built‑in manual mode for keeping the lid open or closed.
• Simple ▲ and ▼ buttons for intuitive control.
• Manual option useful during battery changes or cleaning tasks.

What power does the smart lid require and how does it affect maintenance?

The lid runs on two AA batteries (not included), making power replacement fast and inexpensive. Battery operation eliminates the need for a cord, so the can stays mobile and safe in wet areas like bathrooms. Regular battery checks ensure consistent sensor response and reliable lid closure.

• Powered by 2 AA batteries for cordless installation.
• Batteries are easy to replace and widely available.
• Battery power keeps the unit portable and water‑safe in bathrooms.

Who this is for: The Yatmung Slim Touchless Bathroom Trash Can is suited for anyone who needs a hygienic, compact waste solution — renters, families, RV owners, office workers, and apartment dwellers who want a hands‑free bin that fits where larger models won’t. It’s also a practical pick for kitchens with cramped countertops, guest bathrooms, and any room where minimizing contact and odors matters.
