YZ Gym Timer Clock — Large Digital Stopwatch & Countdown Timer, Bright LED Display, Remote and External Button

YZ Gym Timer Clock is a large-format digital stopwatch and interval timer that combines countdown/countup modes, a clear LED display, remote and external-button control for workouts, classes, and multi-use timing.

Whether you need a reliable clock for high-intensity interval training, circuit coaching, or everyday timekeeping, the YZ Gym Timer Clock gives you visible, accurate timing with flexible power and control options. Its bright LED digits, selectable 12/24-hour clock, and millisecond-accurate stopwatch functions make it a practical tool for home gyms, studios, schools, or outdoor fitness spaces.

How does the YZ Timer make HIIT and circuit training easier?

The YZ Timer simplifies interval work by offering programmable countdowns, count-ups, and an interval mode that cycles through sets without manual resets. You can prepare athletes with a 3/5/10 second lead-in, then run repeated rounds with audible alerts and visible digits large enough to see across a room.

• Interval timer with customizable work/rest cycles
• Preparation options: 3, 5, or 10 seconds
• Large LED display readable up to 40 ft
• Stopwatch accuracy down to milliseconds for precise splits

What control options are available for remote and hands-free use?

Control the clock without touching the main unit: a remote operates every function, and an included external button plugs in with up to 200 inches of cable for start/stop/continue/reset. That makes it ideal for coaches who move around, athletes who need hands-free operation, or outdoor setups where the device is mounted away from the exercise area.

• Full-function infrared remote control for distance operation
• External wired button with 200-inch extension capability
• Start, stop, continue, and reset available from both controls
• Mountable on a wall or placed on a shelf or table

How visible and flexible is the display in different lighting and locations?

The YZ clock uses super-bright LEDs with five brightness levels so the numbers remain legible indoors, in bright gyms, or even outdoors at dusk. At up to 40 feet visibility, the display works for group classes and gym floors; you can also dim the screen for a low-light studio or night training.

• Five selectable brightness settings for day or night use
• Large digits designed for clear sightlines across medium to large rooms
• Both wall-mount and freestanding placement options
• Visible from up to 40 feet under normal conditions

What power and portability features make it suitable for mobile use?

The unit is compact and portable, roughly 10.4" x 3" x 1", and can run from standard power or a power bank for off-grid locations like parks and outdoor training sessions. Lightweight design and simple mounting hardware let you convert it into a wall clock or slip it into a gym bag for on-the-go sessions.

• Compact dimensions: 10.4" x 3" x 1" for easy transport
• USB-powerable from a power bank, outlet, or standard adapter
• Includes screw holes for secure wall mounting
• Lightweight construction for studio, garage, or outdoor use

Who is this for: The YZ Gym Timer Clock fits trainers, CrossFit athletes, physical-education instructors, and home-gym users who need a dependable, easy-to-read timing tool. It also suits coaches running classes, small studios that need wall-mounted intervals, and anyone who wants a portable stopwatch with remote and wired-button control for precise timing in a variety of environments.
